Silgrind is a specialized anionic dispersing agent for china clay. It is also a silane activator and helps to develop stronger bond between latex and china clay. It has the ability to maintain flowability and stability of latex compound even at higher dosage of china clay.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Generally, there is no need to use any other dispersing agents when using Silgrind. Add 3.0 to 4.0 parts of Silgrind by the dry weight of china clay/ inorganic filler in the ball mill along with water and china clay. This dosage is based on applied results. However, dosage depends on type of china clay, nature of medium, and ball mill. If you require more flow, then ask for ammonia modified Silgrind, which gives highly flowable dispersion.

HANDLING INSTRUCTION
Silgrind is corrosive to skin. Store away from heat and direct sunlight. As a good practice, use protective gears. Wash with plenty of water if falls on eyes or skin.
